About Me
Hi! First of all, thank you so much for visiting my page! My name is Danielle and I’m a Luxury Bridal Makeup Artist based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. If you're looking for a Makeup Artist who specialises in creating modern makeup looks which look timeless, radiant & elegant - you're in the right place!
With over 15 years in the makeup industry, I have had an abundance of experience, working for luxury makeup brands Bobbi Brown & Charlotte Tilbury for many years, working on photoshoots and collaborations, during this time I have worked on countless weddings creating soft, chic and romantic bridal looks.
I first started out within the Film and Television scene working on the likes of Les Miserables, Red 2, Private Peaceful, Bad Education and many more but quickly realised I was obsessed with all things bridal and making people look and feel beautiful for their wedding day - that was 8 years ago! I only use luxury & premium brands in my kit which are hand selected by me to ensure your bridal makeup lasts the whole day with minimal touch ups.
I believe it's so important to feel like yourself BUT your very best version, using a combination of my knowledge and expertise to ensure I create your perfect look tailored to you personally which looks just as amazing in your photographs as it does in person!

Bridal Trials

For your bridal trial, this is the chance for us to create your dream bridal look and also get to know each other. We will begin by discussing your ideas together. If you are unsure on what look to opt for, I can offer guidance so we create a look which makes you feel beautiful and which makes you feel like you, but your very best version! In order to recreate your bridal look on the wedding morning, all notes & photos are documented to refer back to. I usually allow 2-3 hours for your bridal trial & I suggest to have a trial 3-4 months prior to your wedding day.
All trials take place on weekdays at my home studio in Bishop's Stortford.

In the run up to your wedding, preparations can be stressful and if there's one thing you don't want to worry about, it's looking and feeling amazing on your wedding day. I will be on hand throughout the morning to ensure everything is running smoothly, calmly and you can be confident that your bridal makeup will look beautiful in both person and on camera. You will also have peace of mind that your makeup will last all day with minimal touch ups required.
I will stay with you right up until you leave for your ceremony for any final makeup touch ups for all of the wedding party so you will all feel amazing walking down the aisle and ready to say "I do!"
All prices include individual or strip lashes and a touch up kit including a small pot of your chosen bridal lipstick.
Day to Night Touch Up Service
This service is ideal for a bride who wants to change things up a bit! I can be on hand from day to night for you and your bridal party, this is great if you would like to have a dress change for the evening and to alter your bridal look to be a little more glamourous and party ready!

Destination Wedding
I absolutely LOVE to travel and would be thrilled to join you for your destination wedding! So far I have travelled to France, Spain, Cyprus and Italy for my Brides and I am based only 3 miles from London Stansted Airport.
If you are a Bride based in the UK trials can take place at my home studio in Bishop's Stortford 3-6 months prior to the wedding day and you will feel at ease knowing you'll be in safe hands with the makeup we create for the big day.
Pricing remains the same for destination weddings however travel and 1-2 nights accommodation will be added.

SPECIAL OCCASION
Occasion Makeup
Special Occasion Makeup £75
(Inc high quality individual or strip lashes and a FREE Lipstick touch up pot)
Whatever the occasion whether it be your first prom, graduation, birthday, wedding guest, race day or simply a girls night out it's always a nice to feel glammed up and your best! Occasion makeup can either take place at my home studio in Bishop's Stortford or I can travel to you to make things easier! (Travel fees may apply)
MAKEUP LESSONS
Makeup Lessons
2.5 Hour 1-2-1 Makeup Lesson £160
Have you been stuck doing the same makeup routine for years? Or sometimes feel like you don't know what you're doing so you put the makeup brushes down?
Makeup should be fun and all about enhancing your natural beauty, making you feel confident. Let me show you with my expert tips and tricks how you can do this yourself!
This session is a great way to revamp your makeup bag and it's a chance for me to help you find which products, techniques and tones suit you so you feel your absolute best every day or occasion!
3 Hour Bridal Makeup Lesson £250
If I'm unavailable for you wedding date or ideal for any destination brides who want to have control of doing their own makeup abroad. This session can help you apply long lasting makeup like a professional and making sure you are camera ready!
In every lesson with me, you will be emailed a step by step guide and a product breakdown so you can easily recreate the look we created at any time.
Group Lessons (3-6 people per session) £85pp
Gather your besties for a fabulous group makeup lesson! Whether it's for a hen do, birthday or just a girl's night in, pop open the bubbly and let's have some fun!
In this 3 hour session, you'll discover all of my tips and tricks to achieve any look you desire. Best of all, these can take place in the comfort of your own home, just bring along your current makeup bags and I will provide the mirrors, makeup tools and skin prep.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Travel expenses
Travel is only charged for journeys over a 10 mile round trip from my base (Bishop’s Stortford) @ 55p per mile. If the wedding location is more than 1.5 hour travel each way and also requires an early start, overnight accommodation charges will apply.
How To Secure Your Wedding Date
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable 20% booking fee required. The booking fee is deducted from your final balance which is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Dates are not secured until the booking fee is paid and this is on a first come first serve basis.
Additional Assistant
An assistant can be made available upon request for an additional fee of £100 + their travel expenses (Subject to their availability). An assistant may be required if the bridal party is larger than 6 people and depending on time of ceremony.
Changing Of Location Fee
In the event that the client requires Makeup Artistry by Danielle to start makeup at one location and then move on to another during the application process, there will be a £40.00 fee plus travel expenses. This fee is to cover transferring heavy kit equipment and the time to pack up and un pack again at the second location.
Minimum Booking
Friday, Saturday & Bank Holiday dates during April - October will require a minimum booking of Bride + 3 others for bridal bookings.
